    An exciting workout to add to your weekly routine. This class combines dynamic ballet-inspired movements for non-dancers, and strengthening exercises using light hand weights. It is a low impact form of exercise, so it is gentle on your joints and suitable for all levels of fitness. A floor mat is not needed for this class. All you'll need to bring is a set of free weights between 2 and 5 pounds. Adults
