    Eight 1.5-hour classes. Develop and prepare your portfolio in drawing and painting. Concentrate on drawing in the first 4 weeks and color work in the second half of class. Las madres son evaluadas para detectar depresión, ansiedad y estrés y están conectadas a los recursos en la comunidad disponibles para ellas. Este programa es posible gracias a la subvención Healthy Women, Healthy Babies, de la División de Salud Pública de Delaware. Mamás HAAD provides a Spanish support group and mental health counseling to pregnant women and new mothers. Mothers are screened for depression, anxiety, and stress and are connected to resources in the community available for them.     This class can be for the newcomer and the seasoned yogi. Poses are adapted to suit the individual participant’s needs. We focus on moving the body in various planes of movement to promote healing and restoration. Each class will conclude with a relaxation/meditation portion which can be done seated or lying down. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your mat and water bottle.

    Full moons are a powerful time for letting go, releasing, and getting back to yourself, grounded, relaxed, and at ease. A full moon yoga flow can help you release, using movement to unblock energy through the body. Join yoga instructor, Maryann Quinn, for a relaxing hour of nocturnal yoga that will help to restore peace and tranquility. Practice will take place on the second floor of the Carriage House, Rockwood's event space. Please bring a mat and/or towel, water and blocks if you use them.

  2. Below The Stairs and in the Attic: The Servants Tour - SOLD OUT

    Starting in January, Rockwood's staff and volunteers are proud to launch a new tour of Rockwood but from the perspective of the servants who lived and worked on the estate from the 1850s through the 20th century. This tour will reinterpret the popular locations inside Rockwood Museum while introducing visitors to areas of the house they've never seen before. The tour involves stairs.
