It’s 2022 and the complexities of life seem to be more intense than ever. What do we do? We INHALE – We create TO DO lists that become never-ending. We fill our lives with responsibilities that generate anxiety and stress. We conquer one life challenge only to turn around and face another. Then, we find that we have been holding our breath and have little space left in our hearts and minds for peace, joy, and love.
