New Castle County will unveil a major new anti-heroin campaign on Thursday. It is the County’s response to the growing local heroin epidemic. The program’s powerful message: try heroin, even once, and you only have three outcomes: incarceration, rehabilitation or death. The program includes a website with an interactive feature designed for teenagers, and a map showing updated statistics on locations of heroin arrests, overdoses and deaths in the County.
