County Executive Thomas P. Gordon and the Delaware Chapter of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives will participate in the Verizon Wireless Hopeline Campaign to help collect unwanted used cell phones and donate them to Verizon Wireless.
The collection is being undertaken in recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
Verizon will refurbish and donate the phones to victims of domestic violence.
