•Online and phone payments with major credit cards can be made through Paymentus, a third-party vendor that accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and electronic check.  Customers can access the secure Paymentus site through the New Castle County sewer billing webpage at and can initiate a credit card payment over the phone by calling Paymentus toll-free at 1-877-225-7351.  Note:  Paymentus charges a service fee of $5.25 for each transaction per $650 increment.
