1. County Executive, Matthew Meyer, to appoint Ping Wang, Ph.D. to represent DNREC on RPATAC
2. The Department requests the Resource Protection Area Technical Advisory Committee for their evaluation and recommendations concerning App. No. 2022-0317-T, Ordinance 22-029 (Critical Natural Areas), in accordance with the New Castle County Code Chapter 40 (Unified Development Code), Section 40.30.430. Ordinance 22-029 is a text amendment to amend the New Castle County Code Chapter 40 (“Unified Development Code”) Article 10 (“Environmental Standards”), relating to standards for critical natural areas.
