ALL LEVEL YOGA

A class for the newcomer and the seasoned yogi. Poses are adapted to suit the individual participant’s needs. We will focus on moving the body in various planes of movement to promote healing and restoration. Each class will conclude with a relaxation/meditation which can be done seated or lying down. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your mat and water bottle. Adults

An exciting workout to add to your weekly routine. This class combines dynamic ballet-inspired movements for non-dancers and strengthening exercises using light hand weights. It is a low-impact form of exercise, so it is gentle on your joints and suitable for all levels of fitness. A floor mat is not needed for this class. All you'll need to bring is a set of free weights between 2 and 5 pounds. Adults

A – Agility B – Balance C – Coordination/Cognitive. Parkinson’s-specific collection of exercises that target common Parkinson’s constraints in agility, balance, coordination, and cognition. The class is fun yet challenging. This class is for people with PD who are ambulatory and do not require assistive devices.
