ALL LEVEL YOGA

Fri | 9-10 a.m.
A class for the newcomer and the seasoned yogi. Poses are adapted to suit the individual participant’s needs. We will focus on moving the body in various planes of movement to promote healing and restoration. Each class will conclude with a relaxation/meditation which can be done seated or lying down. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your mat and water bottle. Adults

This class begins with intervals of body sculpting and toning and is completed by 30 minutes of dance fitness. A – Agility B – Balance C – Coordination/Cognitive. Parkinson’s-specific collection of exercises that target common Parkinson’s constraints in agility, balance, coordination, and cognition. The class is fun yet challenging. This class is for people with PD who are ambulatory and do not require assistive devices.
