Rockwood’s latest addition to its yoga offerings features a new instructor, Karen Feeney, and pairs your favorite pastimes into the beginning of a terrific weekend. Let go of the work-week stress with this double layer of mindfulness and relaxation. Please bring a mat and/or towel, water & blocks if you use them. Ages 21+.
